The January 6 Ponzi Scheme:
Pardoning Violent Felons and Profiting from Sex Crimes

A very large percentage of the January 6th crowd of felony invasion criminals, who forcibly entered a building to commit crimes such as vandalism and bodily harm i.e. "institutional vandalism" were already either convicted felons, criminal recidivists or major-crime suspects - before they ever stepped foot on the capital grounds*. This was well known, by many people both inside and outside the trump administration. It was also completely intentional. The $1.8 billion taxpayer-funded settlement program or "slush fund" established by the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) for January 6 assault felons and Donald Trump's political allies is just another case of the Trump regime "paying itself" with your money; in exactly the same way it does via insider commodities trading, no-bid building contracts, billionaire kickbacks and looting public resources such as Medicare, social security, children in low-income families and the Veterans Health Administration. When you blatantly and unapologetically steal from your own citizens, you don't want people around you who know right from wrong and can articulate the depravity of con-men. You want inarticulate, drunken morons who look like pedophiles and smell like wet dogs. This entire insurrectionist scam was planned from the very beginning.
*the percentage of felons present on 1/6 increases as you move forward in the crowd from the people who stood further away from the capital, waving flags and looking dumb, to the people up front who were committing felony assault and institutional (public property) vandalism. Those who stood far away (some of whom were flown in on private jets) had absolutely no intention of kicking-in doors alongside their trailer-park brethren, because they knew then what most people still haven't figured out; that everyone who took part in that debacle had been (or will be) paid by the Trump administration...although it is only a small fraction compared to the amount that the administration is keeping for themselves.

Below is a partial list of the pardoned defendants who had prior convictions or pending charges (before January 6) for serious crimes, including rape, sexual abuse of a minor, domestic violence, production of child sexual abuse material and drug trafficking. This information is on the public record.
Theodore Middendorf: Sentenced to 19 years in prison for sexually assaulting a seven-year-old child, an unrelated charge that was pending when he was pardoned for his Jan. 6 offense.
Andrew Paul Johnson: A convicted felon who was arrested again in November 2025 on multiple counts of child sexual abuse and molestation involving a child as young as 11.
David Daniel: Previously Faced child sexual assault charges and currently faces child pornography charges involving two young girls in his family.
A National Guardsman involved in Jan. 6 was later accused of distributing child sexual abuse material.
Another as yet unnamed individual (redacted by the DOJ) was found to have a prior conviction in 2006 for "Sexual Battery and Criminal Confinement".

On January 20, 2025, President Donald Trump issued a sweeping executive action that effectively pardoned approximately 1,500 individuals charged or convicted of offenses related to the January 6, 2021, attack on the U.S. Capitol.

• Full Pardons: The majority of the individuals involved in the riot received "full, complete and unconditional" pardons, which forgave the offense and restored their civil rights. The order also directed the Department of Justice to dismiss all pending indictments related to January 6 conduct.

These individuals included leaders of the Proud Boys and Oath Keepers who had been convicted of seditious conspiracy and were serving long prison sentences, such as Enrique Tarrio and Stewart Rhodes. Commutations ended their imprisonment but left their convictions on their records.
The action applied to a wide range of individuals; including those who pleaded guilty, were found guilty at trial, and some who were charged with violent offenses, such as assaulting police officers.

If that were the end of the story, it would be horrific enough, but the worst part is ongoing...
Recently, several individuals who received pardons for their involvement in the January 6 Capitol riot have been subsequently arrested and charged with other crimes. The new charges include very serious offenses such as reckless homicide, child sexual abuse, illegal firearm possession, making terroristic threats and home invasion.

• Zachary Alam: Arrested and convicted of two felonies in connection with a home invasion and theft in May 2025. He was sentenced to only 8 years in prison.

• Daniel Ball: Re-arrested one day after his pardon on a federal gun charge (possession of a firearm by a convicted felon), which was a charge separate from the Jan. 6 charges but discovered during the investigation; the DOJ later moved to dismiss this charge.
• John Banuelos: Who fired a gun on January 6th, was arrested in October 2025 on an outstanding warrant from Utah for stabbing someone to death.
• Brent John Holdridge: Arrested in May 2025 for stealing tens of thousands of dollars worth of industrial copper wire, facing charges of burglary, grand theft, and possession of stolen property.
• Matthew Huttle: Fatally shot by police in January 2025 after resisting arrest at a traffic stop while in possession of a firearm. (His prior record included a 2.5-year sentence for beating his young son).
• Emily Hernandez: Sentenced to 10 years in prison in January 2025 for reckless homicide while driving under the influence in 2022, a crash that killed one woman and injured her husband.
• Edward Kelley: Convicted of tackling a law enforcement officer during the riot; after his pardon, a judge ruled in a separate case that he still faces a potential life sentence on unrelated charges of plotting to murder FBI agents, a crime that stemmed from the investigation into his Jan. 6 activities.

• Christopher Moynihan: Charged in October 2025 with making a terroristic threat via text message against House Democratic Leader Hakeem Jeffries. (except, how did he get his personal mobile number?) Keep in mind, Jeffries is CIA. (Binghamton campus infiltration program and the senate intelligence "oversight" committee.)
• Andrew Taake: Who bear-maced police officers and assaulted them with a metal whip-like weapon was arrested in February 2025 on an outstanding Texas warrant for online solicitation of a minor, then subsequently re-arrested on new solicitation charges. He was out of jail on pre-trial release when he took part in the riot on 1/6/20. He was among multiple offenders whose trip to DC was financed by a MAGA activist group.

• Taylor Taranto: Convicted in May 2025 on charges of illegal gun possession and making threats to a government building in an incident that occurred in 2023, while he was a Jan. 6 fugitive.
• Shane Jason Woods: Convicted in April 2025 for multiple counts including reckless homicide and driving under the influence in a 2022 incident.
• Daniel Tocci: a Pardoned Jan 6 rioter was sentenced for possessing over 100,000 images of child pornography. Tocci, from Amherst, MA, received a 4-year prison sentence in March 2026 after pleading guilty to the charges. The CSAM evidence was discovered during an FBI search tied to his original Jan. 6 investigation.

• David Daniel: (again) Who was set free from prison after assaulting a police officer on January 6 by the president, is now facing child sexual assault and child pornography charges involving two young girls in his family, one prepubescent and the other under the age of 12.
• Andrew Paul Johnson: (again) Arrested in 2022 and November 2025 on multiple counts of child sexual abuse. The DA described his criminal history as "lengthy". He was sentenced to life in prison for Molestation of a Victim under 12 years of age, Lewd or Lascivious Molestation of a Victim over the age of 12 but under the age of 16, two counts of Lewd or Lascivious Exhibition, and Transmission of Material Harmful to a Minor by Electronic Device.

• Joshua Atwood, A Washington County man who participated in January 6 riot is in custody following weeks on the run; Atwood was arrested for Armed robbery and malicious assault.
• Josh Hefner, A MAGA TikTok influencer with half a million followers was taken into custody after investigators found child sexual abuse material on his electronic devices. The materials were confiscated at his workplace, an elementary school.
• BlackRock CEO and Trump financial partner Larry Fink declared war pre-emptively against American citizens who oppose his precious AI data centers, warning that average citizens could use "inexpensive drones" against them. He admits that BlackRock will control nearly all of the AI data centers being built across the United States because the government cannot afford to fund them on its own. (Fink claims to be a life-long democrat, but has a longstanding partnership with Trump.)
• Two MAGA supporters, Georgia public school employees & best friends, Railey Greeson and Brooklyn Shuler, were indicted for raping their students. Railey Greeson (Williams) has been charged with 2 counts of sexual contact by employee or agent in the 1st degree. Brooklyn Shuler has been charged with 1 count of sexual contact by employee or agent in the 1st degree. They both worked for Calhoun City School District.

Similar Recent Arrests with links to Mossad and the State Dept.*
• Yoel Alter, 35-year-old Israeli member of the Lev Tahor cult, the world's largest child sexual abuse network, was detained in Guatemala and arrested by Interpol in Mexico in 2025. More than 160 children have been rescued from the apparently state-sponsored pedophile ring. No one in the mainstream network media has reported on it.
• In February 2026, U.S. authorities arrested Ori Solomon, a 55-year-old Israeli citizen, with ties to Mossad in connection with an illegal biological laboratory discovered in a Las Vegas residential garage. FBI and local police discovered over 1,000 containers of unknown substances, lab equipment, and refrigerators containing vials in a Las Vegas home. Stored pathogens included HIV, Ebola, and malaria. Solomon was charged with felony unauthorized disposal of hazardous waste and federal firearms violations. Reports stated he was not licensed, nor did he have known expertise in the biological field. In February 2026, U.S. Magistrate Judge Elayna Youchah ordered Solomon's release because he was deemed a low flight risk.
*This ancillary list of dirt-bags is actually very long and takes up several pages, but this excerpt is featured here to illustrate the widespread and bipartisan corruption of the US government by Zionist interests. Several people on the preceding list have ties to both so-called democrats and republicans.
The total number of related cases is difficult to track precisely because of the large number of individuals pardoned and the decentralized nature of state and local crime records. The information primarily comes from investigations by news outlets and groups that cross-reference pardoned individuals with public criminal records.
These lists are not exhaustive, as the full scope of subsequent arrests among the approximately 1,500 individuals pardoned is still being tracked by various watchdog groups and news organizations.

This is a classic heist movie trope; like in Harlem Nights when Sugar Ray's crew placed a huge bet on a fixed fight - that wasn't fixed. Redd Foxx's character said it perfectly, "it doesn't matter if we put our money with the other money, because we are [hitting] ALL the money". The slush fund is just another con in a long line of cons that included DOGE, Project 2025 and the MAGA cult itself.
The administration set up a dark money resource asset called "Freedom250". Basically, Trump is using tax money to fund vanity projects, family trusts, and billionaire partnerships all thanks to a dark money group embedded in the Department of the Interior. The Trump administration is breaking multiple laws and effectively dodging congress, by diverting funds appropriated for "America250", a nonprofit organization set up by Congress to organize the country’s 250th birthday, to Freedom250. Unlike America250, Freedom250 is not legally required to hold bipartisan events. Nor is it required to inform lawmakers how it spends the funds. This isn't a secret. If you didn't know - you didn't want to know.
For myself and other independent journalists, none of this comes as a shocking revelation. What is slightly confusing for me is the number of people who are just letting all this slide, without even a hint of repercussions or consequences of any kind - from either end of the supposed left/right spectrum. Many of you so-called "anti-trump" folk who constantly run your mouth about how great the US is and how much you love it and how it's the best...haven't said anything about how Trump plans to hold a UFC fight, paid for with taxpayer funds, on July 4th...at the White House. Because apparently you're okay with that (don't look at me for support, that house was built by slaves to shelter slave-owners...literally. I wouldn't care if it crumbled and fell) just like you're okay with all the other things you angrily post about on social media and tepidly "protest"; by holding signs and shouting "shame on you" and "how dare you" at public events, toward people who clearly do not give a damn about your feelings or opinions. "Oh Dear Heavens" they must think to themselves, "these people are yelling at me and shaming me for things that I am clearly okay with doing to everyone as part of the public record. Oh how can I ever face myself after being taunted by middle-class dilatants who strongly exhibit such disappointment rather than taking any authentic, tangible action. Instead of self-reflection, politicians (who are all sociopaths) go home...and they laugh at you.
They laugh at your squalor. They laugh at your outrage. They laugh at your inadequacy.
Even the ones who constantly fall down and don't know where they are half the time. In their moments of lucidity, they don't reflect on a life well lived or the path not taken...they laugh at you.
Roman senator Cicero once said that "there is no distinction whatsoever between politics and crime". Believe me, he would know. If he here were here today, he could tell you that your misplaced ideals and unwarranted arrogance are just as much at fault for this runaway debauch and orgy of infinite treason.
Here is the bottom line on the J6 slush-fund scam; it is about much more than funneling money into Trump's idiotic projects or to his billionaire "friends", it is also designed to keep certain people quiet,
to keep others marginalized and keep the rest of the mainstream US political establishment in line.
After all, what good is recognizing a con if you can't - or wont - do anything about it.
